Step in…therapeutic movement with Siobhan Hesketh
Practising wellness and improving wellbeing have both become more important to us all over the past year. Our weekly therapeutic movement sessions from Siobhan Hesketh, a drama and movement therapist, will combine a balance of both.
Step in…therapeutic movement gives older adults of all abilities the opportunity to move and be physical in a way that is relaxing, fun and safe. You can join us online from home alone or with others, and we look forward to seeing some older adults in a park once its safe.
