The performers will be tackling the theme ‘the year of the mind and mental health’ - and fusing this with satire, comedy and science.

Thursday 22nd February
This is a 10 year celebration of some of the most prestigious stand-up comics that graced the stage over the years, and for one night only we’ll immerse the audience with thought provoking scientific facts to stimulate the inquisitive mind, blended with high intensity humour to evoke laughter and leave you wondering.
The comedy sketches are crafted through the minds of neurogastroenterologist, anthropologist, physiologist and medics; they will ‘wow’ you with their edifying and witty performances and entertaining content - tackling the theme ‘The exploration of Science’ in an innovative, and fun environment.
Bright Club founder Steve Cross, will be the compere for the evening. Winner of the Joshua Phillips Award for Innovation in Science Engagement, he might be the UKs' nerdiest comedian. To be honest he's much too lazy to check. He specialises in making clever people funny and runs Science Showoff, where anyone can try anything about science on stage. You can hear him misbehaving as a drunken fighty dwarf on wildly-popular Dungeons n Dragons podcast, Chaotic Adequate."
Headlining this momentous night is audience showstopper Bec Hill. One of Time Out's Top 10 Funniest Comedians on Twitter and creator of the UK’s only pun-based comedy night, Pun Run, her one-liners regularly feature in "best joke" lists by The Telegraph, Dave, The Guardian.
